Welcome to the Sullivan for District Judge website.

I am running for District Court Judge because the people of Cascade County and the State of Montana are entitled to and should demand a fair and impartial court system.  The impartial nature of the judiciary is reflected in the fact that judges do not have political party affiliations. 

I invite you to join in my campaign.  The time between now and May 10, 2012 is critical.  Fifty percent of all primary votes will be cast by mail-in in the second week of May.  Only the top two candidates move on and most often the lead candidate in the primary prevails in November.

I ask that you step up now and show your support by doing any or all of the following:

1.   Email or call me immediately and let me know I can publicly use your name          as an endorsement.  Publicly endorse me on line or by emailing me.

2.   Contribute $160 today to my campaign fund (every person can give $160          each for the primary and the general elections).  Contribute online or by     sending a check.

3.   Let me know right away I can put a yard sign at your home and business             and talk to those you know and get their permission so I can put signs at         their homes and businesses.
